Yes absolutely, any business where the similar attributes of running and scaling where there is an enthusiast. More specifically, if you can create a raving fan and evangelist for the product/brand in a category traditionally defined by that - we want to learn more!
Our cadence is bespoke for now, we could do one (1) deal a year or five (5), it all comes down to the opportunities, the options for profitable growth, etc. - we can scale our core at the cadence of the opportunities.
Generally, we like to see our target businesses at a minimum of $30M or more in revenues - no maximum.

NOTE: We generally do not accept large amounts of addbacks - during our preliminary phase we will let you know which of those we accept or deny based on various factors.
We will always give you an honest review of your business and offer different solutions for the situation. The bespoke nature of the HGP model allows us to adjust to various situations.
Traditionally, we are augmentors. Meaning, our ideal scenario is to partner with a great business, with a great management team and take them to unforgettable. That said, if the opportunity is good enough we have the operating chops to step in and make magic happen.
This gets asked quite a bit based on the reputation of the general industry. Our goal is to never have to course correct headcount, that said, if there is significant bloat we will do whats right for the overall business, with a twist - we will provide additional resources to find right fits, sharpen resumes, etc. We always want to do the right thing by people and create evangelists even in difficult decisions.
While not all opportunities are created equal, to make it worthwhile to ourselves and our investors, usually a $25M check per platform is the minimum. There are no minimums for add-ons to current platforms.
Since we are a bespoke syndicate group on a per deal basis as we explore our fundraise our largest check size can be quite big for the right business - $500M+ doesnt scare us away.
We use credit on any transaction that requires it, however, we are disciplined in how we use it. We expect to use a moderate amount of credit that is healthy for both the cash flows and the growth of the business.
From the point we sign an LOI we generally like to close between 90-100 days pending due diligence and other factors.
Generally, its a four (4) to five (5) month process between preliminary diligence, sourcing our proper partners from our groups, LOI/confirmatory diligence, and closing.
We are run by operators and we serve operators. We have been where you are, and with that we do more work operationally, partnering with you and the team creating post-closing execution and growth plans. We act as both strategic (high-level) and tactical (in-the-weeds) partners and the businesses we partner with get an immediate influx of tribal knowledge, networks, experience, and partnerships.
