Our target industries generally span across anything that touches the HALO (health, active, lifestyle, and outdoor) companies, consumer (both CPG and consumer services), and B2B.

We generally like businesses with great management teams that can be augmented by our experience, network, portfolio, and partnerships.

Businesses that are growing or have the opportunity to grow and have a motivated general staff.

A unique market niche or developable niche.

Innovative product/offering is a must.

Current or future industry leader.

At HGP we are committed to the concept of operators-serving-operators, we know you, we have been there too. We bring both investment and operating experience to the businesses we touch, all augmented by various partners and partnerships.

Generally, we are looking between both sizable minority or majority equity opportunities, we will review opportunities across the turnaround or 363 where we are valuable.

We like to see our target businesses have $30M in net revenues for any of our target opportunities. 

Our target EBITDA can be breakeven for growth oriented, minority transactions or a minimum of $5M of EBITDA for majority transactions.

Yes, we like businesses growing or have a path to grow at a 30% minimum.

Yes, we like scenarios that have arbitrage scenarios attached. These could look like rollups, MGT buyouts, platform + add-on strategies, and turnaround scenarios where our ecosystem can be leveraged.
